This does not surprise me "9-1-1 is a joke" I called them once when I heard gun shots, they kept me on hold so long, I hung up and called back... I stayed on hold so I could provide to them the directions I heard the shots coming from.

The police were dispatched hours later and I couldn't help but wonder what would happen if I were being invaded and someone was trying to hurt me. Needless to say I moved out of the neighborhood.
